• Study Schedule: Full-time (15 or 25 hours per week).

• Important Visa Note: This visa is stric: students cannot work (paid or unpaid), extend their stay in the UK, or bring dependents.

Tuition is charged on a weekly rate

Registration Fee: One-off administrative & placement fee£50

Full-Time Tuition £140 / week 

Course Materials Coursebooks and learning resources £40 per level

UK Visa Fee & UK Government fee + NHS Health Surcharge Paid directly to UKVI during visa application

Provisional Estimate: A standard 10-month (43-week) study plan typically averages around ~£5,500 in total tuition and registration fees. An exact, personalized quote will be sent after your level assessment.

Accommodation Policy

Important Notice: Queen’s English does not offer direct in-house accommodation.

However,  we can  will introduce you directly to local  agencies to assist you in booking local Homestays (living with a host family). This is  a free of charge service ​

4-Step Enrolment & Visa Process

1. Take the Online Level Assessment: Complete our free test so we can evaluate your starting level and calculate your study timeline.

2. Get Your Provisional Offer: We will issue your formal offer letter and tuition invoice.

3. Payment & Visa Support Letter: Upon receiving your tuition deposit/payment, we issue your official Visa Acceptance Letter required for your UK Short-Term Student Visa application.
