Steps to apply

Step 1

Click the "Read More" button on the Courses web page showing the course you wish to apply for to open the courses information page

Step 2

Scroll down to find the application form, complete the application form and submit it.

We will contact you with a response email to your email account to confirm we have received your application form. We will also send two invitations to complete:

1) A google Form for the Level test

2) The full application form

Fill out both forms and submit.

NOTE: Please do check your spam or junk folders as sometimes the email may end up there!

Step 3

Book your interview here (insert link to calendar) This is to make sure the course is right for you as well as assessing your level of Spoken English. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions.

NOTE: If you are under 18 years, we recommend your parent or guardian attends the interview with you.

Once all the above steps are completed, we will then offer you a place on the appropriate course stating clearly your level based on the assessment. An offer letter will be sent to you via email with all the information needed.

We also need a clear scanned copy of your passport.

Step 4

Our Terms and Conditions will be emailed to you together with an invoice containing the total amount due to pay for your selected course. You can pay the fees on our website ( via the Payments tab.

NOTE: if you apply for a Short Term Student Visa, there is a £50 non-refundable fee required before we can issue the letter.

Hours and Prices

We enrol new students every week on any day. Schedule of courses are

  • 15 hours a week, Monday to Friday 9am to 12 noon.

  • 10 hours a week Monday to Friday, 10 am to 12 noon.

  • 6 hours a week Monday Wed Fri 10 am to 12 noon.

  • 4 h  a week Tuesday and Thursday 10 am to 12 noon.

Exam courses and evening  courses depend on the level , so please enquire 

Online courses have the same  schedule as the face to face courses.

Weekend courses currenly only online.

And for the IELTS online courses the schedules are

  • Option 1: Saturday 9am to 1pm or 1pm to 5pm

  • Option 2: Saturday 1p to 3pm and sunday 1pm to 3pm

A minimum of 4 weeks prior to the test, for duration up to 8 weeks. NB. The cost of the test is not included.

The cost of the course is £72 per week for the 4 hours. NB. Cost of materials are inclusive.
