Chatting in Supermarket
People here is always friendly in Kingston. I went to Waitrose to buy some food. When I was wondering which olive oil brand is better, a man, who wanted to buy some groceries for his wife, was kind to recommend some brands for me and also taught me how to choose good olive oil. This is what I like about UK culture.
Chaotic day
It was Chaos bringing my son to his friend’s birthday party on Saturday. Initially my son sent me a place where is an Aqua park in Sunnymeads. We could go there directly by train towards Windsor. However, when we were on the train, my son insisted that we have to change trains in Staines. I argued with my son and checked my Google map, and was completely sure there was nothing wrong with my route. So we stayed on the train when it stopped in Staines.

I had a gut feeling that something was wrong with my son’s plan. I asked him what the place he had got, and he showed me another Aqua Park in Thorpe lakes. Suddenly, I understood we were discussing different place. We checked the new route and found out the way we could go there. Unfortunately, it cost time and the party would be finished by the time we arrived. We had to decide whether to go or not. I talked to my son while we were passing Sunnymeads station. In the end, we went back to Kingston and missed the party. ha ha …

My son learned a lesson-When arranging a meet-up, don’t just search t a place by name, always share the exact location from Google Map.^^
Do you know the Bushy park? It,s a beautiful park, is very big there are a big lake with ducks and a little rivers where there are beautiful colorful fish . The vegetation, as it could not be otherwise, here in England is very green, a green that seems painted and And what about the beautiful deer? They are spectacular.I found it to be a beautiful place for walkGood morning,
Last week, I went to Central London on my own. Although I was quite nervous to be in such a big capital city at the end I spended such a nice day in London. I took the district line to Nothing Hill Gate. Afterwards I went through Nothing Hill and visited of course the fames Portobello Market. However I almost enjoyed the side streets even more, where I found beautiful houses and nice cafes. Nothing Hill is definitely a visit worth, I could have spend hours walking through the streets. When I went back home, I gained a lot of unforgettable experiences.
I would a 100% recommend you to go there!
This weekend, since it was a bit rainy, I went to the Cartier exhibit at the Victoria and Albert Museum. I really recommend you go! Although I didn´t know much about Cartier, I quite enjoyed the exhibit. I specially liked how certain pieces of jewellery reflected different countries´cultures. Definitely worth a visit!
